We're experiencing strange problem related with Outlook (different version) / Exchange (different version). When we try to copy emails from backuped PST file to Exchange mailbox or public folder only 2/3 of email gets copied. When we try manually copy the rest of emails one-by-one Outlook returns error message "Cannot copy the items". I checked permissions on PF and are OK, I did PST repair, I tested copying problematic messages on different Exchange versions (2003, 2007, 2010) and different Outlook versions (2003, 2010) but the problem is the same. Messages that don't copy are different sizes, with or without attachments. Any ideas what's wrong?

I forgot to add that if PST file is connected to Outlook we can see and open all problematic emails. I can also dreg/drop problematic messages from PST to desktop. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Hi, I suppose that it is still your PST file problem even if you can open and operate them by Outlook. Have you tried other PST files? Did they get the same problem? If not please try to use other PST files for testing. Jidan thanks’ for suggestion. I restored emails from backup to PST version 98/2000 and after that I could import emails without a problem. Problem solved.
